Return & Exchange Policy

Please allow an additional 1-3 days of processing for custom made products



No refunds on intellectual property,  and coaching services. Products and service results vary and do not replace the advice and or service of a licensed Doctor. Products damaged by mail may be exchanged or refunded within 5 days of purchase customer service has to be contacted.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Perishable items that expire within 1 month (4 weeks/30 days) from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund.

For perishable items that expire beyond 30 days from the date of purchase, we must receive the product back within 7 calendar days of its purchase in order to issue a refund. The item must factory sealed, unopened and in its original condition.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and/or consumable items cannot be returned, if tampered with or opened/broken seal. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 business days.

  3. The returned items should include all accessories and parts included in the package as delivered. Missing items will void the 30-day money-back guarantee.

After Approval:

Once approved, you will send the package back to us (at the address we provide you with) with valid tracking information. You're refunded no less than 3 business days after we receive the product.

**In some cases, we may accept a return even if the instructions are not followed. Additionally, we reserve the right to withhold up to a USD$15 restocking fee per package/order. 

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Does Not Apply to:

  1. Change of mind.

  2. Incorrect use / Misuse.

  3. Incompatibility.

  4. Products purchased from 3rd parties.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
Once you have received your refund notification email from us, if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
